Carthage College Athletics

2012:  Played in 24-of-25 game and made 22 starts…ranked 23rd in CCIW scoring (9.3 points per game), led the league in blocked shots (2.67 per game) and ranked fifth in rebounding (6.3 per game)…scored in double figures 10 times and named CCIW “player of the week” with a season-high 23 points against Cardinal Stritch on Dec. 17…pulled down a season-high 17 rebounds al Albion on Dec. 10…tied a Carthage game record with nine blocked shots in the Dec. 29 Geneva game…compiled a .299 three-point field-goal percentage (20-67).

High School:  Named honorable mention all-state by both the Associated Press and the Illinois Basketball Coaches Association, Chicago Sun-Times second-team all-state and Suburban Christian Conference MVP his senior year and averaged 16.5 points per game, 10.0 rebounds and 4.7 blocks per game…his senior-year team went 27-2 and won both conference and regional titles…his junior-year squad also won a conference championship…coached by Paul Ferguson…member of the football team his freshman and sophomore years and played on an Illinois High School Association Class state runner-up…played volleyball his junior year…attended Aurora Christian High School his freshman and sophomore years.
