Carthage College Athletics

2011:  Played in 39-of-41 matches…averaged 1.20 kills per set with a .195 attack percentage and 0.83 blocks per set…collected nine kills with a .533 attack percentage in the Oct. 21 Wartburg match…totaled eight block assists against Elmhurst on Nov. 5 in the title match of the CCIW Women’s Volleyball Tournament.

2010:  Named second-team All-CCIW with a .248 attack percentage (8th in the CCIW) and team-leading 1.28 blocks per set (2nd in the CCIW)…played in all 39 matches…named CCIW “Offensive Player of the Week” on Oct. 5 after collecting a career-high 19 kills and hitting .581 at Wheaton (Ill.) on Oct. 1…collected 13 blocks (1 solo, 12 assisted) in two-of-four matches at the Washington (Mo.) National Invitational, the first time versus Ohio Northern on Sept. 10 and again versus St. Olaf on Sept. 11…set a Carthage season record with 171 block assists.

2009:  Played in 27-of-39 matches…second among Carthage regulars in attack percentage (.275) and team-leader in blocks (1.10 per set)…collected a season-high six block assists against Nebraska Wesleyan on Sept.19.

2008:  Played in 23-of-37 matches…led the CCIW in blocks (1.33 per game)…collected eight block assists against Wisconsin-Oshkosh on Oct. 24 at the Wisconsin-La Crosse Tournament and had two block solos and seven block assists against the Titans in the title match of the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional Championship.

High School:  Set a Christian Life High School career record for most kills…her senior-year team won a regional championship…coached by Sarah Spires…four-year member of the basketball team and two years in track and field…National Honor Society member and honor student.

Personal:  Chemistry major…a three-semester member of the Carthage athletic director’s honor roll…born Dec. 29, 1989.
