KENOSHA — Carthage College Athletics, in partnership with Ember Sports, will host a series of free youth clinics throughout April and early May at the Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha, providing local student-athletes with opportunities to learn and develop skills across multiple sports.
The four-week series begins Saturday, April 11, with a football clinic, followed by boys soccer on April 18, girls soccer on April 25 and girls volleyball on May 2. Each clinic will be led by Carthage student-athletes and coaches, offering instruction in a positive, engaging environment.
All sessions will take place at the Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha, located at 1330 52nd Street.
Each clinic date will feature two sessions:
- Session one: Grades one–two and three–four from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
- Session two: Grades five–six and seven–eight from 10:35 a.m. to 12:05 p.m.
The clinics are open to boys and girls in grades one through eight and are free of charge. Participants are encouraged to bring a water bottle, wear athletic shoes and come ready to learn.
The series opens with the Carthage Football Clinic on April 11, followed by the Carthage Boys Soccer Camp on April 18. The Carthage Girls Soccer Camp is scheduled for April 25, with the series concluding May 2 at the Carthage Girls Volleyball Camp.
These clinics are designed to introduce fundamental skills while fostering a love for sport and connecting Carthage Athletics with the Kenosha community.
Space is limited for each session, and advance registration is required.
