Coachs Remarks

"First, I just want to congratulate Andrew Johnson. What an incredible career. He has went through a lot on and off the field these past five years and it took everything to get to tonight. He's a great kid and am so proud of him and everything he has given this program. It's fitting he wore #1 tonight. The number will continue to grow in its legacy and has great meaning for our program.

It's nice to get our first win in CCIW. Proud of all the seniors who played great. Hayden Jones and Joey Workman both really stepped up tonight and we rode their play in the first.

I'm proud of the whole team for their effort in the third. We really locked in that quarter and played at the level we are capable of. Quick turnaround to tomorrow so a short time to enjoy this one. Onto North Central (Ill.)."
