KENOSHA - The Carthage College women's soccer team opened up conference play for their 2024 campaign hosting the Millikin Big Blue. The Big Blue opened up the score to 1-0 off of a penalty kick in the 11th minute. A defensive show from both sides left the second half scoreless. The Big blue held their lead to take the game 1-0.

• In the 11th minute the Big Blue forced the score 1-0, scoring off a penalty kick.

• Amelia Price led the Firebirds in shots with three, one being a shot on goal.
• Recording her first start, Vickie Engel had seven saves.
• The Firebirds' offense recorded nine shots.
