Coachs Remarks

"That was a really tough one. We played good lacrosse for forty minutes, but it was a sixty-minute game, and we were not very good down the stretch in any phase of the game. We gave up five goals in five minutes to close the third and open the fourth, and that's a big problem against good teams. We have a great group of young men, and they have been resilient and committed, which makes the results of this season even harder to accept. There is still a season left to play, and we can win against any of those teams. Have to find a way to learn, move on, and grow from this."

Up Next
  • The Firebirds end the regular season playing Augustana (Ill.) on Saturday, April 27 at 12 p.m.
