Coachs Remarks
"Overall, this was a good day for us against our conference foes in the opposite division. This afternoon's game against Connecticut College was an exciting back and fourth battle against a very well-coached ball club. Once again, Ella Selman was outstanding in the cage. Almost everybody stepped up in crucial moments, particularly Sydney Logan in the fourth quarter with a pivotal goal to tie the game 9-9, and then, more importantly, she got a miracle steal that created a counterattack and the winning goal by Morrigan Bushroe-Stumpf. As a team, we have learned how to dig ourselves out of dangerous holes and how to finish a game, which will help us down the stretch of conference play."

Up Next
  • Carthage wraps up their trip playing Siena and California State University Northridge tomorrow, March 5.
