Coachs Remarks

"It was a fun final home game of the regular season and the last home game for the Senior Class! We played about as well as we could play in the first half. Shot over 70% from the floor and 9-12 from the three-point line. I think we settled a little bit early in the second half, and Millikin came out with a ton of energy.

All five starters today scored in double figures. We shared the ball well and got some really good looks throughout the game; however, we need to make better decisions late in games against pressure.

AJ Johnson was great in the first half and got us off to a big start. He also had the difficult task of chasing JT Welch the entire night, which is never easy. Antuan continues to score at a high percentage and made some big baskets late in the shot clock. Colton has been shooting it well the last few games, and Julian Campbell is such a presence every time he's on the court.

Grateful to the seniors for all their hard work and dedication over these past four years. Fillip Bulatovic led the way again today and was an assist shy of a triple-double! He played unselfishly today and consistently made the right decision throughout the game."

Fillip Bulatovic, Luke Barach, Nick Wolf, and Lukas Rekasius couldn't be better ambassadors for the program. They come to work every single practice, film session, workout and are great leaders within the program. They will all be successful in their future endeavors and are always a part of the Firebird Basketball Family!"
