Wallace Wraps Up NCAA Division III Diving Championships

GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. — Carthage College men's diving student-athlete Sam Wallace took home ninth in the three-meter and 14th in the one-meter events on Saturday at the NCAA Division III Region I Diving Championships held at Calvin University.

Wallace scored a 435.25 in the three-meter diving competition. Wallace was ninth out of 27 participants. In the three-meter event, Wallace scored a 403.55 for 14th out of 30 divers. The ninth place finish is the best by any Carthage diver at the NCAA regionals.

The NCAA Swimming Championships start on Wednesday, March 16 in Indianapolis, Ind.
