AVCA Division III Coaches' Top 25 Poll

LEXINGTON, Ky. -- The American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) released the first Top 25 Coaches' Poll Tuesday afternoon with Carthage ranked No. 19. 

The Lady Reds earned 453 total points in the first poll of the season after going 4-0 at the Southwestern Fall Invitational with 3-0 victories over Whitworth, Hardin-Simmons, Whittier and tournament host Southwestern. 

It is the first ranking for Carthage since September 11 of 2018 when the Lady Reds were ranked No. 19. 

Carthage is back on the court Wednesday, September 4 in a non-conference match against No. 12 Wisconsin-Whitewater in Whitewater, Wis. starting at 7 p.m.
