NAPERVILLE, Ill. -- Carthage College senior setter Ellie LeCount was named the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) Women's Volleyball Setter of the Week, the league office announced Tuesday, November 5. 

LeCount helped the No. 4 Lady Reds go 2-0 to close out the regular season with 3-0 victories over Millikin on Wednesday, October 30 and Aurora on Saturday, November 2. The native from Racine, Wis. collected a total of 80 assists during competition along with 13 digs and one service ace. The victory over Millikin gave Carthage their 12th CCIW regular season title in program history and first since 2015. 

The Lady Reds turn their attention to the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) Tournament as they await the winner of the Augustana (Ill.) and Elmhurst matchup, and will host on Thursday, November 7 at 7 p.m.
