"Today was a great win for our team and our seniors on Senior Day," said head coach Lauren Hein.  "The five of them have meant so much to this program over their four years.  1-0 is a great way to start off conference play, but now we have to turn our focus to North Central for what will be a great game on Wednesday."

The Lady Reds will return to action on Wednesday at Art Keller Field when Carthage hosts North Central College at 7:00 p.m. in a huge CCIW game between 1-0 teams.
