AVCA Division III Coaches Top 25 Week #3 Poll

The Carthage College women's volleyball team climbed back up the American Volleyball Coaches Association Top 25 Poll this week, reaching sixth after going 4-0 this past weekend.
 
Carthage (11-1), who was ranked as high as fourth following week one, fell to eighth last week after dropping their first match of the season against Hendrix College in the opener of the 2015 Baden Invitational at Washington University in St. Louis.

This past weekend the Lady Reds went perfect at home in the 2015 Carthage College Volleyball Invitational.  The Lady Reds defeated #5 Stevens-Point, who dropped to tenth this week, #25 Dominican University, who dropped out of the rankings, and Bethel University who is receiving votes.
 
This coming Friday and Saturday, Carthage will head to the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater where the Lady Reds will once again face more top-25 competition as Carthage faces #15 Whitewater and #25 Williams College, along with the University of Wisconsin-Stout.

This season Carthage is a perfect 4-0 against top-25 teams, with three of the wins against top-ten teams.
