The Carthage College men's soccer team stayed locked into eighth in the latest National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Central Poll announced Tuesday.
The September 22nd poll marks the second-consecutive week that the Red Men find themselves in the top-10 of the region.
Carthage (4-4-0) went 1-1-0 at home this past week, falling to an undefeated University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, which is ranked #14 in the country and first in the North region before bouncing back and defeating Wittenberg University, 4-1, on Sunday.
This week Carthage hosts Robert Morris-Lake Country on Saturday and the central region's number one team, the University of Chicago, next Tuesday at Art Keller Field.
