Box Score The Carthage College women's soccer team (6-7-0, 1-1-0 College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin) upset CCIW-opponent and No. 22 Illinois Wesleyan University (9-3-0, 1-1-0 CCIW), 2-1, on Saturday, Oct. 11  at Art Keller Field in Kenosha, Wis.
 
Following a scoreless first period, Illinois Wesleyan took a 1-0 lead on a goal by Sarah Trach at 55:57.  Carthage's Alexis Fahlbeck (Sr., Rockford, Ill./Boylan Catholic) tied the game with a goal at 72:18, and Kayla McGuiness (So., Solana Beach, Calif./Santa Fe Christian) scored the game-winning goal at 82:44 to put the Lady Reds up, 2-1.
 
The Titans had a whopping, 17-3 advantage in shots and a 7-2 margin in corner kicks,  Lady Reds goalkeeper Abby Alm (Jr., North Branch, Minn.) collected eight saves.  Carthage plays host to CCIW-opponent and No. 7 Wheaton College (Ill., 11-1-1, 2-0-0 CCIW) on Wednesday, Oct. 15 in a 5 p.m. contest. also at Art Keller Field.
