"It seems like every year we fly under the radar." said Carthage coach
Steve Domin. "We just play one of the strongest schedules in the country, and it readies us for the stretch run every year. To beat a team twice is always difficult to do, especially ranked opponents like Elmhurst. Each year, the CCIW proves why it is so competitive. We have dealt with injuries since day one, but somebody steps up every night. Tonight, it was
Seamus Kaminski in the back. We haven't played our best soccer yet, we think we can do so over the next couple weeks."
