Box Score The Carthage College women's volleyball team (17-10, 3-2 College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin) swept CCIW-opponent North Central College (10-18, 1-4 CCIW), 3-0, on Tuesday, Oct. 22 at Tarble Arena in Kenosha, Wis. The Lady Reds' winning set scores over the Cardinals were 25-20, 25-18 and 25-17.

Rachel Fields (Jr., Chicago, Ill./Oak Park-Fenwick) led Carthage with nine kills and a .240 attack percentage with a block solo and four block assists. Emily Heuermann (So., Washington, Ill.) had eight kills, and setter Karen Chin (So., Mundelein, Ill.) averaged 8.0 assists per set. Amanda Walker led North Central with seven kills.

On Friday-Saturday, Oct. 25-26, the Lady Reds travel to Rock Island, Ill., to play in the Augustana College (Ill.) Tournament at the Roy J. Carver Physical Education Center. Carthage takes on No. 32 Wartburg College at 6 p.m. and Simpson College at 8 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 25. On Saturday, Oct. 26, the Lady Reds face No. 24 Coe College at 2 p.m. and Central College at 4 p.m.
