"Playing three games in five days on the road really tested our will,” said Carthage coach Steve Domin.  Today, I had to move the pieces around to get what was left in the tank.  Albion is an extremely physical team, but we were able to out-pace them a bit into mistakes and turnovers over the first 45 minutes.  Our guys were playing on adrenaline the first half, and we out-shot Albion, 10 to 2.  We tired a touch in the middle of the second half, and as a result started subbing across the bench to hold serve.  Overall ,it was a wonderful week, and now have a few days off to get a some key pieces back in the lineup."

Carthage plays host to St. Olaf College on Friday, Sept. 21 in a 7 p.m. game at Art Keller Field in Kenosha, Wis.
