Box Score The Carthage College women's soccer team (1-2-2, 0-0-0 College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin) played No. 16 Wisconsin-Oshkosh (4-0-1) to a 1-1 tie in double-overtime on Wednesday, Sept. 12 at J.J. Keller Field in Oshkosh, Wis.  The tie was the second in a row for the Lady Reds, who played St. Norbert College to a 2-2 deadlock on Sunday, Sept. 9.

Wisconsin-Oshkosh took an early 1-0 lead in the first period on a goal by Becca Blue at 3:25.  That margin held up until 61:10 in the second period when Carthage's Shelby Hawley (So., Kenosha, Wis./Tremper) scored, assisted by both Michelle Sobey and Alyssa Baker.  The Titans, who out-shot the Lady Reds, 19-11, had two scoring attempts waved off to offside calls.  On Friday, Sept. 14, the Lady Reds travel to Milwaukee to take on the Milwaukee School of Engineering (3-1-0) in a 7 p.m. game at Time-Warner Cable Stadium.
