Both of the Carthage College basketball teams are ranked nationally.  The Lady Reds (7-1) were ranked 14th in the Dec. 15 Women's Basketball Coaches Association/USA Today/ESPN NCAA Division III poll and 24th in the Dec. 8 "D3hoops.com" poll, while the Red Men (6-2) were ranked 23rd by "D3hoops.com."  

The Carthage women's team plays host to Coe College (4-4) on Monday, Dec. 21 in a 6 p.m. game at Tarble Arena in Kenosha, Wis.  The men's team is idle until Saturday, Dec. 19 when the Red Men travel to Whiting, Ind., to take on Calumet College of St. Joseph (6-10) in a 7 p.m. contest at the Recreation Athletic Facility.
