Carthage College Athletics

Blake Rosen joined the Carthage College men’s volleyball coaching staff as a volunteer assistant in 2025. In his role, Blake supports the program through player development, scouting, and mentorship, bringing energy, technical knowledge, and a deep love for the game to the Firebirds program.

At the collegiate level, Blake competed for three seasons at Concordia University Chicago, serving as varsity captain during his junior year. That season, the team made its first-ever appearance and recorded its first win in the conference tournament. Blake set the university record for most career digs and total digs in a single season before earning his Bachelor of Arts in Sports Management in 2023.

He later continued his playing career at Warner University, serving as varsity captain during the 2024 spring season before transitioning into a graduate assistant coaching role while pursuing his Master’s in Business Administration.
