2012:  Finished seventh in the heptathlon (4,698 points) at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championship and broke Kim Deaton's 1999 Carthage record of 4,696 points by two points…earned U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-America honors with the seventh-place finish…named the "field athlete of the meet" CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship for taking first place in the heptathlon (4,428 points), second place in the long jump (17-4 ¼) and third in the high jump (5-1 ¼)…named CCIW "Outdoor Athlete of the Week" on April 10…finished sixth in the pentathlon at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championship (3,323 points) and earned United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-America honors…named the “most valuable field athlete” at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship after winning the pentathlon (Carthage-record 3,346 points), finishing second in the high jump (5-2 ½) and third in the 60-meter high hurdles (9.41)…named CCIW “Indoor Athlete of the Week” on Feb. 7.

2011:  Finished 19th in the heptathlon (4,254 points) at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championship…won the heptathlon (4,397 points) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field championship, while taking second place in the 100-meter high hurdles (15.58) and fifth in the high jump (5-1 ¼)…finished 13th in the pentathlon (3,011 points at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field championship…won the pentathlon (CCIW-record, Carthage-record and NCAA-provisional 3,235 points) and finished seventh in the high jump (4-11 ½) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship.

2010:  Finished third in heptathlon (4,148 points), seventh in the 100-meter high hurdles (15.71) and ninth in the high jump (4-9) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship…won the pentathlon (CCIW and Carthage-record 3,206 points) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship, while finishing fourth in the 55-meter high hurdles (8.84) and sixth in the high jump (4-11 ¾)…placed 17th in the pentathlon at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championship.

2009:  Tied for fourth place in the high jump (4-11 ½), finished seventh in the heptathlon (3,702 points) and eighth in the 100-meter high hurdles (16.66) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship…finished fourth in the pentathlon (2,836 points), eighth in the 55-meter high hurdles (9.21) and tied for 10th in the high jump (4-9 ¾) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship.

High School:  A four-year All-Big Northern Conference honoree and a four-time state qualifier, including three times in the triple jump…set a Byron High School record in the triple jump…all four of her teams won sectional championships…both her junior and senior-year teams won conference titles…coached by Scott McMullen…four-year member of both the volleyball and basketball teams…National Honor Society member and four-year high honors student.

Personal:  Double major in biology and environmental science…member of the 2009 Carthage volleyball team…her brother, Nick Thompson, lettered on the 2005 and 2006 Carthage football teams…named 2009-10 U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association scholar-athlete…named spring 2011 CCIW/Jack Swartz all-academic…named to the Carthage dean’s list three times and a five-semester member of the Carthage athletic director’s honor roll…born July 3, 1990.
