Carthage College Athletics

(Track & Field) 2017: Named Women's Track and Field Most Valuable Performer (Track)...Registered third place in the 5000 meter run (18:48.80), and seventh place in the 3000 meter run (10:57.70) at the CCIW Indoor Championship...  Tallied second place in the 10000 meter run (39:02.21) at the CCIW Outdoor Championship... CCIW Spring Academic All-Conference.

(Cross Country) 2016: Named to the Fall CCIW All-Academic. Named Women's Cross Country Most Valuable Performer... Participated in five events... Registered the Private College Championship individual crown on October 15 with a time of 23:32.0... Also paced all Lady Red runners at the Augustana Brissman-Lundeen Invitational (23:48.6, September 23) and the UW-Parkside Lucian Rosa Invitational (23:37.9, October 8)... Tallied a season-best 23:23 at the NCAA Midwest Regional on November 12, good enough for 68th place... Earned a spot on the All-CCIW First Team with a time of 24:02.8 at the CCIW Championship on October 29, good enough for fourth place. 

(Track & Field ) 2016: Tallied 13th place in the 3000 meter run at the CCIW Indoor Championship with a time of 11:00.22... Registered eighth place in the 5000 meter run at the CCIW Indoor Championship with a mark of 19:00.11... Took fifth place in the 5000 meter run at the CCIW Outdoor Championship with a time of 18:28.63... CCIW Spring Academic All-Conference... CCIW Winter Academic All-Conference.

(Cross Country) 2015: Named to the Fall CCIW All-Academic. Named Women's Cross Country Most Valuable Performer... The first Lady Red to cross the finish line at the CCIW Championships with a time of 24:40.5, good enough for 38th place.... Clocked in with a 24:18.7 at the NCAA Regionals.... Finished the UW-Parkside Invitational with a time of 20:47.3.... The seventh girl to cross the finish line at the Private School Championships with a time of 24:08.1.

High School:  Named to the Kenosha News All-Kenosha County team her sophomore and junior years on sectional-championship teams…her junior-year squad also won a Southern Lakes Conference title…coached by Keith Olsen…three-year member of the track and field team…all-state academic, French National Honor Society member and four-year honor student.

Personal:  Athletic training major…her sister, Jessica Lamp Monson, is a member of the Wisconsin-Parkside cross country and track and field teams.
