2014:  Finished sixth in the 400-meter dash (Carthage-record 55.82) at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field championship…named the “Co-Track Athlete of the Meet” at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship after winning the 400-meter dash (56.46) and finishing second in the 200-meter dash (25.52)…finished seventh in the 400-meter dash at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championship…won both the 200-meter dash (26.22) and the 400-meter dash (57.30) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship, finished eighth in the 60-meter dash…part of an indoor conference-championship 4x400-meter relay team…named CCIW “co-athlete of the meet” at the indoor championship…named CCIW "athlete of the week" on Jan. 28 and again on Feb. 11.
2013:  Qualified for the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championship in the 400-meter dash but did not reach the finals with a time of 56.45 in the preliminaries…won the 400-meter dash (57.81) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship and finished third in the 200-meter dash
(26.10)…finished first in the 400-meter dash (58.21) and ninth in the 200-meter dash (26.80) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship…part of a winning distance medley relay team that set a school record at the Chicagoland Indoor Championship.

2012:  Qualified in the 400-meter dash for the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championship but did not reach the finals…finished third in the 400-meter dash (56.91) and seventh in the 200-meter dash (26.10) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship…finished sixth in the 400-meter dash (58.18) and 10th in the 200-meter dash (26.84) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship…named CCIW "athlete of the week" on Feb. 14

2011:  Finished fifth in the triple jump (34-5) and seventh in the 400-meter dash (58.31) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship…finished sixth in the 400-meter dash (59.66) and 14th in the triple jump (31-3 ¾) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship.

High School:  State qualifier her senior year in the 200-meter dash and as part of a 400-meter relay team…part of school-record teams in both the 400 and 800-meter relays…state qualifier as a junior in the 400-meter relay…both her junior and senior-year teams won Badger North Conference titles…coached by Jen Garbarski…four-year member of the golf and basketball teams…National Honor Society member and four-year high honors student.

Personal:  Exercise and sport science major…named 2014 U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association all-academic…named spring 2013 CCIW/Jack Swartz all-academic…named to the Carthage dean’s list five times.
