2020 (Track and Field): Set a personal best in the 800-meter dash (2:51.38) and in the mile (6:15.91) at the ONU Invitational ... Ran a personal best in the 1,000-meter dash with a time of 3:39.42 at the Tadd Metzger Invitational.Â
2019 (Cross Country): Participated in five events and ran a season-best 28:08.4 at the Brissman-Lundeen Cross Country Invitational.Â
2019 (Track and Field): Did not compete in either the CCIW Indoor or the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championships … Ran a personal best 6:03.99 in the outdoor 1,500-meter run … Ran personal bests in the indoor one-mile run (6:22.04) and the indoor 3,000-meter run (13:02.23).
