2018: Gave the Lady Reds indoor track & field program their fifth individual national championship with a toss of 18.01m in the weight throw, which resulted in 10 team points... Notched a 14th-place mark of 13.06m in the shot put at the NCAA Division III Indoor Championship... Registered a school-record mark of 59.68m on her final collegiate attempt in the hammer at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championship, good enough for second place... Tallied 12th place in the shot put (13.38m), and 13th place in the discus (42.91m) at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championship... Won the 2018 CCIW Indoor Weight Throw Championship with a school-record toss of 18.70m... Registered second place in the shot put at the CCIW Indoor Championship with a 13.56m... Claimed the CCIW Outdoor Hammer Championship with a toss of 56.73m... Notched second place in the shot put with a career-best 13.63m, and third place in the discus with a 43.05m at the CCIW Outdoor Championship...  Tallied an outdoor career-best 46.80m in the discus at the Augustana Meet of Champions (4/20-4/21)... 2018 USTFCCCA Indoor All-American (Weight Throw)... 2018 USTFCCCA Outdoor All-American (Hammer)... 2018 CCIW Indoor Track & Field Championship Female Field Athlete of the Meet... 2017: Named Women's Track and Field Most Valuable Performer (Field)...Claimed the weight throw crown with a personal-best (18.39m), and tallied a third-place toss of 13.64m in the shot put at the 2017 CCIW Indoor Track & Field Championship... Named 2017 CCIW Indoor Track & Field Championship Field Athlete of the Meet...  Qualified for the 2017 NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championship, where she registered a fifth-place All-American toss of 18.32m... Claimed 11th place in the shot put (13.27m) at the 2017 NCAA Indoor Meet... Broke the Lady Reds outdoor hammer throw record (57.10m) at the Benedictine Relays... Registered second place in the shot put (13.23m), third place in the hammer throw (51.81,) and fourth place in the discus (43.18m) at the CCIW Outdoor Track & Field Championship... Qualified for the 2017 NCAA Division III Outdoor Championship, where she tallied a fourth-place All-American toss of 56.47m in the hammer throw. 

2016:  Took home the weight throw crown at the CCIW Indoor Track & Field Championships with a toss of 57-03.75... Registered a throw of 39-09.75 in the shot put at the CCIW Indoor Track & Field Championships, good enough for fifth place... Qualified for the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships, where she registered 15th place in the weight throw with a toss of 52-07.25 feet... Took sixth in the shot put at the CCIW Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a mark of 39-07.25 feet... Finished sixth in the discus at the CCIW Outddor Track & Field Championships with a toss of 130-08 feet... Took second place in the hammer throw at the CCIW Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a mark of 161-06 feet... Qualified for the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships, where she finished eighth in the discus (143-02 feet), and 16th in the hammer throw (163-06 feet).

2015:  Finished 20th in the discus (124-6 ½) at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championship…finished sixth in the hammer throw (147-6) and eighth in both the discus (119-6) and the shot put (38-5 ½) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship…finished ninth in the shot put (35-9 ¼) and 12th in the weight throw (41-8 ½) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship.

High School:  Earned All-North Suburban Conference honors her junior year on a sectional-championship team…coached by Justin Cooper…member of the basketball team her freshman and sophomore years.

Personal:  Psychology major.
