2021 (Track and Field): Competed in eight meets during the indoor and outdoor track and field seasons ... Won the mile at the Carthage tri-meet on January 30 ... Set a personal-best in the mile at the Carthage Firebird Finale with a 5:34.55 ... Ran a PR 12:48.76 in the 3,000 steeplechase at the Wheaton Invitational.
