2024-2025 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in eight meets during the season… Threw a personal best mark of 10.66m in the shot put at the Red Hawk Opener… Threw a personal best mark of 13.09m in the weight throw at the Carthage Firebird Finale.

High School: Competed for Matt Dunker at Crystal Lake High School... 2x All-Conference... Also competed in Powerlifting.

Personal: Majoring in Allied Health... Daughter of Douglas and Christina Freund.
