Carthage College Athletics

2019:  Finished ninth in the long jump (5.19) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship…finished eighth in the long jump (5.11) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship…CCIW Winter/Spring 2019 Academic All-Conference.
 
2018:  Finished fifth in the long jump (5.33) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship...finished sixth in the long jump (5.33) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship…finished 14th in the 200-meter dash (27.12) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship... CCIW Winter/Spring 2018 Academic All-Conference.

2016-17:  Attended Harper College her freshman and sophomore years…two-time National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) national champion in the long jump...NJCAA All-American in the long jump, the 100-meter dash, the 200-meter dash, the 4x100-meter relay and the 4x400-meter relay in 2016...NJCAA All-American in the long jump, the 100-meter run, the 200-meter run and the 4x100-meter relay in 2017...member of a Harper College team that finished third nationally in 2016 and second in 2017... school-record holder in the long jump (5.52 meters)...named to the dean’s list three times. 

High School: Two-time state participant...member of Palatine High School teams that won four-straight Midwest Suburban League Indoor Track and Field Championships, along with three titles…honor student.

Personal:  Athletic training major…daughter of Robert and Lynn Proksa.
