Carthage College Athletics

2011:  Finished 28th at the CCIW Women’s Cross Country Championship with a time of 24:40.00…finished 70th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 23:56.00. ran a season-best 23:45.43 at the Wheaton (Ill.) Invitational.

2010:  Finished 43rd at the CCIW Women’s Cross Country Championship with a season-best time of 24:57.90.

2009:  Earned All-CCIW honors with a ninth-place finish at the CCIW Women’s Cross Country Championship and a time of 23:15.30…named CCIW “runner of the week” after finishing 10th at the Sept. 25 Augustana (Ill.) “Brissman-Lundeen Invitational”…finished 99th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 24:00.80…ran a career-best 22:57.35 at the Wisconsin-Oshkosh “Brooks Invitational.”

2008:  Finished 95th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 24:18.10…finished 16th at the CCIW Women’s Cross Country Championship with a season-best time of 23:35.00 and missed earning All-CCW honors by just five seconds.

High School:  A four-time All-Fox Valley Conference honoree…named Northwest Herald all-area as a freshman on a team that finished 21st at the Illinois High School Association Class AA state championship…coached by Tom Smith…two-year member of the track and field, basketball and softball teams…National Honor Society member and high honors student.

Personal:  Environmental science major…mid-distance runner on the 2009-12 Carthage track and field teams…named to the Carthage dean’s list eight times and an eight-semester member of the Carthage athletic director’s honor roll…born June, 9, 1990.
