Biography
2017: Started in 22-of-24 games she appeared in... Garnered a 2.45 ERA, 125 strikeouts and an 11-6 win-loss record on 125.2 innings pitched... Notched a season-high 14 strikeouts in a 4-2 win over Illinois College... Registered complete-game shutouts in an 8-0 win over Ripon College, and a 4-0 victory over Millikin... Tossed the 23rd no-hitter in Carthage softball history in an 8-0 win over Ripon College... Walked zero batters in five appearances on the season... CCIW Pitcher of the Year... All-CCIW First Team.
2016: Made 19 appearances and 15 starts on the pitching rubber for the Lady Reds....Finished the season with a 2.66 ERA and 164 strikeouts in 108 innings pitched on the season...Her 164 strikeouts led all CCIW pitchers.....Surrendered 76 hits and 49 earned runs....Her .196 opponent batting average ranked fourth among all CCIW pitchers....Registered a career-high 15 strikeouts in the Lady Red's 5-4 victory over Millikin University on April 16....Notched two complete-game shutouts......CCIW Pitcher of the Week on March 22 and May 3....First Team All-CCIW.
2015: Named to the Spring CCIW Academic All-Conference... Made five pitching appearances, including three starts, and went 1-2 with a 0.81 earned run average, three complete games and 30 strikeouts in 26 innings…twirled a five-inning no-hitter in an 8-0 win over the Rochester Institute of Technology on March 22.
2014: Compiled an 8-3 record with a 1.51 earned run average over 60.3 innings…made 13 pitching appearances, including 11 starts, and had a team-leading five complete games and two shutouts.
2013: Attended Southwest Minnesota State University her freshman year and played softball…made eight pitching appearances and one start…compiled a 1-2 record over 20 innings.
High School: Named honorable mention all-state and all-metro her senior year with 15 wins a 0.87 earned run average, 219 strikeouts and eight shutouts…a two-time All-Northwest Suburban Conference honoree...career 1.53 EARA with 327 strikeouts...set school records for both season and career wins, strikeouts and shutouts ...coached by Bryan Woodley…also lettered in cross country…National Honor Society member.
Personal: Biology major…named to the spring 2015 Carthage dean’s list.
