Carthage College Athletics

2014:  Played in 34-of-37 games and made 28 starts, 21 as a designated hitter and seven at catcher…batted .238 in 80 at bats.

2013:  Named first-team All-CCIW with a .292 batting average, seven doubles, five home runs and 28 RBI…started all 45 games, 29 at catcher and 16 as the designated hitter.

2012:  Played in 45-of-47 games and made 44 starts, 38 at catcher in six in rightfield…batted .233 with nine doubles and 16 RBI.

2011:  Named first-team All-CCIW with .321 batting average, eight doubles, four home runs and 16 RBI…played in 38-of-40 games and made 37 starts at catcher…had 10 multiple-hit games.

High School:  Named second-team All-Southeast Conference and Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel honorable mention all-area her senior year…named Wisconsin Fastpitch Coaches Association honorable mention all-state and all-conference as a junior…third-team all-state and all-conference her sophomore year and all-conference as a freshman…both her sophomore and junior-year teams won regional and sectional titles…coached by John Ruffalo…three-year member of the swimming team…2009-10 Holy Rosary “Female Athlete of the Year”…National Honor Society member and honor student.

Personal:  Biology major…her brother, Nate Mikolas, played baseball at Kenosha Bradford High School and was selected by the New York Yankees in the third round of the 2012 MLB draft…a Kenosha Oaks Scholarship recipient…named twice to the Carthage dean’s list.
