Carthage College Athletics

David returns to the Carthage bench for his second season in 2026. During the 2025 campaign, he helped coach the Firebirds to an appearance in the NCAA tournament while winning the CCIW Regular Season Championship and CCIW Tournament Championship.

As a player, David had a highly impactful career for Carthage. He was named an All-American twice (2022 & 2023) and was a massive contributor in the 2022 National Championship campaign. He sits 5th in Career Hitting Percentage for the Firebirds and was the 2022 National Newcomer of the Year.

David is involved in all aspects of the program, helping mainly with middle blockers and offensive systems.
