2020 (Track and Field): Finished 25th in the 5,000-meter run (16:46.13) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship … Named to the CCIW Winter All-Academic team.  

2019 (Cross Country): Ran in six meets for the Red Men ... Clocked a season-best 28:30.3 at the Brissman-Lundeen Cross Country Invitational in the 8K on October 4 ... Named to the CCIW Fall All-Academic team.

2019 (Track and Field):  Finished 17th in the 10,000-meter run at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship…finished 34th in the one-mile run (5:20.30) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship … CCIW Winter/Spring 2019 Academic All-Conference.
 
2018 (Cross Country):  Competed in two events and ran a career-best 28:28.50 at the CCIW Cross Country Championship open race ... CCIW Fall 2018 Academic All-Conference.

2018 (Track and Field):  Did not compete at either the CCIW indoor or outdoor championships ... CCIW Winter/Spring 2018 Academic All-Conference.

2017 (Cross Country):  Participated in five events and ran a season-best 29:09.70 at the CCIW Cross Country Championship open race … CCIW Fall 2017 Academic All-Conference.

2017 (Track and Field):  Competed in the 800-meter run, the 1,000-meter run and the one-mile run at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship ... CCIW Spring 2017 Academic All-Conference.

High School:  Member of the track and field and ice hockey teams at Indian Trail High School … Honor student.

Personal:  Criminal justice major … Son of Robert and Debra Wolchuk.
