High School: Earned all-state honors his senior year with a seventh-place finish in the 110-meter high hurdles at the Michigan High School Athletic Association state championship…first-team All-Wolverine Conference his senior year…second-team all-conference as a junior…his senior-year team won both conference and regional championships…coached by David Smith…member of the football team his junior and senior years…National Honor Society member, academic all-state, honor student and graduated with honors.
Personal: Biology major…named twice to the Carthage dean’s list and named to the spring 2010 Carthage athletic director’s honor roll…born March 23, 1991.
