Biography
(Track & Field) 2017: Registered a 16:17.71 in the 5000 meter run at the CCIW Indoor Championship... Notched a 33:39.08 in the 10000 meter run at the CCIW Outdoor Championship... CCIW Spring Academic All-Conference.
(Cross Country) 2016: Named to the Fall CCIW All-Academic. Named the Jon & Mary Swift Most Valuable Performer... Participated in seven events... The first Red Men to cross the finish line at the Roy Griak Invitational on September 24 with a time of 29:01.7, good enough for 16th place... Tallied a season-best 26:36 at the NCAA Midwest Regional on November 12.
(Track & Field) 2016: Named to the Spring CCIW Academic All-Conference... Placed 21st in the 3000 meter run at the CCIW Indoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 9:46.76....Finished 12th in the 10000 meter run at the CCIW Outdoor Track & Field Championship with a time of 34:41.71.
(Cross Country) 2015: Named to the Fall CCIW All-Academic. Clocked in a 28.08.7 at the UW-Parkside Invite on October 10.
(Track & Field) 2015: Finished 12th in the 10,000-meter run (34:37.35) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship…finished 16th in the 5,000-meter run (16:43.59) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship.
(Cross Country) 2014: Finished 45th at the CCIW Men’s Cross Country Championship with a career-best time of 26:56.00…ran a 27:23.30 at the NCAA Midwest Regional.
(Track & Field) 2014: Finished 28th in the 3,000-meter run (10:00.56) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship.
(Cross Country) 2013: Ran a 31:08.05 in the open-race portion of the CCIW Men’s Cross Country Championship…ran a season-best 29:03.00 at the Wheaton (Ill.) Invitational.
High School: Member of the track and field team and coached by Dustin Haussher…in cross country, earned All-West Suburban League Gold honors both his sophomore and junior years on league-championship teams…also a member of the wrestling and baseball teams…four-year honor student.
Personal: Double major in elementary education and special education…member of the 2013 and 2014 Carthage cross country teams…named to the spring 2015 Carthage dean’s list.
