(Track & Field ) 2017: Registered a time of 15:17.74 in the 5000 meter run at the CCIW Indoor Championship, good enough for sixth place... Broke the indoor 5000 meter run record at the Grand Valley State University Meet with a time of 15:02.27... Notched an indoor one mile run personal-best 4:25.10 at the Margaret Bradley Invitational... CCIW Spring Academic All-Conference.

(Cross Country) 2016:  Named Men's Cross Country Scholar Athlete and Named to the 2016 Fall CCIW Jack Swartz Academic All-Conference...Participated in four events... Earned All-CCIW Second Team with a time of 27:29.7 at the CCIW Championship on October 29, good enough for 19th place... Tallied a season-best 26:07 at the NCAA Midwest Regional on November 12... First Red Men to cross the finish line at the UW-Parkside Lucian Rosa Invitational on October 8 with a time of 26:44.5, good enough for 17th place. 

(Track & Field) 2016: Named to the Spring CCIW All-Academic. Tallied a time of 15:26.25 in the 5000 meter run at the CCIW Indoor Track & Field Championships, good enough for ninth place.....Finished eighth in the 5000 meter run at the CCIW Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 15:03.23... Set the Carthage outdoor track & field record in the 5000 meter run with a time of 14:43.05.

(Cross Country) 2015:  Named to the Fall CCIW All-Academic. Did not compete. 

(Track & Field) 2015:  Did not compete.

(Cross Country) 2014: Named to the Fall CCIW All-Academic. Named Jon & Mary Swift Most Valuable Performer... Named to the 2014 Fall CCIW Jack Swartz Academic All-Conference... Earned first-team All-CCIW honors with a 10th-place finish and a time of 24.42.78 at the CCIW Men’s Cross Country Championship…finished 79th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 25:55.20…named CCIW “athlete of the week” after finishing 10th at the Sept. 20 Wheaton (Ill.) “Gil Dodds Invitational”…named CCIW “athlete of the week” again after finishing second at the Oct. 10 Benedictine (Ill.) “Eagle Invitational”…ran a career-best time of 24:28.03 at the Sept. 27 Wilmington “Pre-Nationals Invitational.”... Fall sports recipient of the CCIW Jack Swartz All-Academic Award. 

(Track & Field) 2014:  Finished seventh in the 5,000-meter run (15:28.43) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship…finished eighth in the 5,000-meter run (15:34.77) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship.

(Cross Country) 2013:  Earned second-team All-CCIW honors with an 20th-place finish at the CCIW Men’s Cross Country Championship and a time of 26:22.94…Carthage's top-finisher at the NCAA Midwest Regional in 56th-place with a season-best time of 25:56.70.

(Track & Field) 2013:  Finished 13th in the 5,000-meter run (15:46.03) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship…finished 17th in the 3,000-meter (9:03.39) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship.

(Cross Country) 2012:  Finished 40th at the CCIW Men’s Cross Country Championship with a time of 26:45…ran a 27:17.50 at the NCAA Midwest Regional…ran a season-best 26:25.16 at the Benedictine (Ill.) “Eagle Invitational.”

High School:  Four-year member of the track and field team and coached by John O'Malley…in cross country, earned All-Southwest Suburban Conference, all-sectional and all-area honors his senior year on a team that won a conference title and a regional championship en route to a seventh-place finish at the Illinois High School Association Class 3A state championship…National Honor Society member, honor student and graduated with honors.

Personal:  Athletic training major…member of the 2012-14 Carthage cross country teams…named to the spring 2013 Carthage dean's list.
