2012:  Finished seventh in the 400-meter dash (49.00) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship…finished third in the 400-meter dash (49.28) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship…part of a Carthage-record indoor 4x400-meter relay team at the Chicagoland Indoor Championship

2011:  Finished ninth in the 400-meter dash (49.71) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship…finished fourth in the 400-meter dash (50.22) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship.

2010:  Part of 1,600-meter relay team that qualified for the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championship but did not reach the finals…finished third in the 400-meter dash (49.20) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship and part of a conference-champion 1,600-meter relay team…finished third in the 400-meter dash (49.99) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship and part of a championship 1,600-meter relay team.

2009:  Competed in the 400-meter dash at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship…finished 13th in the 200-meter dash (51.89) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship.

High School:  Four-year member of the track and field team and earned all-state honors his senior year in the 3,200-meter relay…part of an Upstate Eight Conference championship team in the indoor 400-meter relay his senior year and a conference-championship 1,600-meter relay squad as a junior…coached by Mike Kennedy…also a member of the football team.

Personal:  Business administration major…member of the 2008-10 Carthage cross country teams…named to the fall 2009 Carthage athletic director’s honor roll…born Oct. 15, 1990.
