Carthage College Athletics

2012:  Competed in the 800-meter run at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship…finished eighth in the 800-meter run (1:56.69) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship.

2011:  Won the 800-meter run (1:54.90) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship…set a Carthage outdoor record in the 800-meter run (1:53.18) on May 17 at the North Central (Ill.) “Last Chance Invitational.”

2010:  Finished 17th in the 400-meter dash (52.87) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship.

2009:  Finished seventh in the 800-meter run (1:57.25) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship…finished 12th in the 200-meter dash (51.79) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship.

High School:  Two-year member of the track and field team and earned All-North Suburban Conference and all-area honors his senior year in the 400-meter dash…earned All-Lake County honors in two relay events…set a Grant Community High School indoor record in the 400-meter dash with a 54.24 time…coached by Kurt Rous…member of the cross country team his senior year.

Personal:  Management information systems major…member of the 2008-10 Carthage cross country teams…named to the fall 2011 Carthage athletic director’s honor roll…born Aug. 31, 1990.
