(Track & Field) 2017: Took 19th place (16:35.16) in the 5000 meter run at the CCIW Indoor Championship... Registered ninth place (33:09.81) in the 10000 meter run at the CCIWÂ Outdoor Championship.Â
(Cross Country) 2016: Participated in seven events... Registered a season-best 27:44 at the NCAA Midwest Regional on November 12... Tallied a 29:47.9 at the CCIW Championship on October 29, good enough for 50th place.Â
(Track & Field)Â 2016: Â Took 22nd in the 5000 meter run at the CCIW Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 16:51.34.
(Cross Country) 2015:  Ran a 30:02.4 at the Ken Weidt Classic on September 12.....Clocked in a season-best 28:10.0 at the CCIW Championships on October 31, good enough for 41st place.Â
(Track & Field) 2015: Finished 17th in the 10,000-meter run (36:04.05) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship…finished 22nd in the 3,000-meter run (9:31.52) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship.
(Cross Country) 2014:Â Did not compete.
(Track & Field)Â 2014:Â Finished 19th in the 10,000-meter run (34:10.25) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship finished 21st in the 5,000-meter run (16:16.25) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship.
(Cross Country) 2013: Finished 60th at the CCIW Men’s Cross Country Championship with a time of 29:16.30… Ran a season-best 29:09.10 at the Wisconsin Lutheran "Warrior Invitational."
High School: Four-year member of the cross country team and coached by John Sipple…four-year member of the track and field team and a member of the swimming team both his freshman and sophomore years…West Suburban League all-academic pick.
Personal: Marketing major…distance runner on the 2014 and 2015 Carthage track and field teams.
