2018:  Captured the CCIW Indoor Shot Put Championship with a career-best 16.19m... Tallied a second-place mark of 16.69m in the weight throw at the CCIW Indoor Championship... Qualified for the 2018 NCAA Division III Indoor Men's Track & Field Championship, where he took 13th place in the weight throw with a 14.91m... Pulled down second place in the hammer at the CCIW Outdoor Championship with a 53.07m... Placed fifth in the discus (43.29m), and seventh in the shot put (14.61m) at the CCIW Outdoor Championship... Men's Track & Field Most Valuable Performer (Field). 

2017: Named Men's Track and Field Most Valuable Performer (Field)...CCIW Indoor Champion in the shot put (15.31m)... Placed third in the weight throw (15.88m) at the CCIW Indoor Championship... Registered second place in the shot put (15.53m) and third place in the hammer (53.21m) at the CCIW Outdoor Championship... Record outdoor personal bests in the shot put (15.53m), discus (43.87m) and the hammer (53.21m). 

2016:  Took ninth place in the shot put at the CCIW Indoor Track & Field Championships with a toss of 46-08.00 feet... Finished with a mark of 48-09.50 in the weight throw at the CCIW Indoor Track & Field Championships, good enough for eighth place... Took fifth place in the shot put with a toss of 49-11.00 feet at the CCIW Outdoor Track & Field Championships... Registered 10th place in the discus at the CCIW Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a toss of 138-00 feet. 

2015:  Finished 12th in the shot put (42-0 3/4) and 16th in the javelin (123-6) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship… finished 12th in the shot put (42-8 ¼) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship.

High School:  Four-year member of the track and field team and coached by Dave Hennessy…member of the wrestling team his freshman and sophomore years and played football his junior year.

Personal:  Exercise and sport science major.
