2024-2025 Indoor: Competed in four meets during the season… Earned ALL-CCIW honors in the 5000 meter placing fifth at the CCIW Championships with a season best time of 15:17.75… Earned ALL-CCIW honors in the 3000 meter placing eighth at the CCIW Championships with a personal best time of 8:43.12.
2024 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in five meets during the season… Ran a personal best time of 30:52.80 in the 10,000 meter at the Wheaton ‘Don Church’ Twilight… Ran a personal best and school record in the 5000 meter run with a time of 14:35.65 at the Augustana College Midwest Final Qualifier… All-CCIW Honors in the 5000 meter at the CCIW Championships with a time of 15:10.47 placing seventh… All-CCIW in the 10,000 meter at the CCIW Championships with a time of 31:14.11 placing fifth.
