2018 (Cross Country): Competed in four events and ran a career best 28:06.90 at the Wisconsin-Eau Claire Blugold Invitational...ran a 28:59.40 at the CCIW Cross Country Championship... Named to the CCIW Fall Academic All-Conference.
2018 (Track & Field): Finished 22nd in the one-mile run (4:41.85) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship...finished 25th place in the 5,000-meter run (17:52.25) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship...CCIW Winter 2018 Academic All-Conference and CCIW Spring 2018 Academic All-Conference.
2017 (Cross Country): Participated in five events and led the team with a season-best 28:10.00 at the Wheaton (Ill.) Gil Dodds Invitational...also paced Carthage with a 28:49.10 at the Wisconsin-Parkside Vic Godfrey Open...ran a 28:25.70 at the CCIW Cross Country Championship open race…named Fall 2017 CCIW Academic All-Conference.
2017 (Track & Field): Participated in the Private College Invitational and the St. Norbert Quadrangular.
2016 (Cross Country):. Participated in six events and ran a season-best 28:45.50 at the Wisconsin-Parkside Lucian Rosa Invitational…named to the Fall 2016 CCIW All-Academic.
2016 (Track & Field): Finished 22nd in the one-mile run (4:51.62) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship...finished 24th in the 1,500-meter run (4:24.90) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship…named to the Spring 2016 CCIW Academic All-Conference.
2015 (Cross Country): Ran a season best 29.03.5 at the Concordia (Wis.) Ken Weidt Classic.
High School: Earned All-West Suburban League honors his senior year on a team that shared the league title…his junior-year team also won a conference co-championship…coached by Brian Caldwell, who lettered on the 1997-2000 Carthage cross country teams…four-year member of the track and field team and earned all-conference honors as a senior on a team that won both indoor and outdoor league titles…academic all-state, West Suburban League all-academic, National Technical Honor Society member and honor student.
Personal: Computer science major...five-time member of the Carthage Dean's List (Spring 2016, Fall 2016, Spring 2017, Fall 2017, Spring 2018).
