Carthage College Athletics

2012:  Finished eighth in the weight throw (50-10 ¼) and 12th in the shot put (42-9 ½) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship.

2011:  Finished seventh in the discus (146-10) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship…finished eighth in the shot put (46-10 ¾) and 13th in the weight throw (44-8 ¾) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship.

High School:  A four-year thrower on the track and field team, named All-West Suburban League and all-area his senior year and a two-time state qualifier…coached by Matt Lawson…four-year member of the football team and named Suburban Life all-area and all-conference his senior year…played basketball and volleyball his freshman year…academic all-state and honor student.

Personal:  Exercise and sport science major…offensive lineman on the 2010 and 2011 Carthage football teams…born Sept. 24, 1991.
