2024-2025 Indoor: Competed in five meets during the season… Ran a personal best time of 4:50.41 in the Mile at the Firebird First Invitational… Ran a personal best time of 9:31.90 in the 3000 meter at the Leonard “Squig” Converse Invitational… Placed 19th in the 5000 meter at the CCIW Championships with a personal best time of 16:32.23.
2024 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in five meets during the season… Ran a personal best time of 4:26.89 in the 1500 meter at the Wheaton Invitational… Ran a personal best time of 16:35.61 in the 5000 meter at the Wheaton ‘Don Church’ Twilight. Competed at the CCIW Championships in the 1500 meter placing 26th with a time of 4:31.83.
2023-2024 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in five meets during the season… Ran a season best time of 4:56.42 in the mile at the Parkside Classic… Ran a season best time of 9:46.06 in the 3000 meter at the Carthage Firebird Finale.
2022 (Track and Field): Participated in eight meets during the indoor and outdoor seasons ... Took 17th place in the mile at the Firebird Opener, with a time of 5:09.57 ... Placed 18th at the Aurora Grand Prix, with a time of 10:01.75 in the 3000m.
