2024-2025 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in six meets during the season… Ran a personal best time of 9:14.55 in the 3000 meter at the Midwest Elite Invitational… Placed 16th at the CCIW Championships in the 5000 meter in a personal best time of 16:04.70… Ran a season best time of 4:41.09 in the mile at the Leonard “Squig” Converse Invitational.

2024 Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in five meets during the season… Ran a personal best time of 4:24.43 in the 1500 meter at the NCC 1st Chance Invitational… Ran a personal best time of 16:09.95 in the 5000 meter at the Wisconsin Private College Championships… Ran a personal best time of 33:27.94 in the 10,000 meter at the Wheaton ‘Don Church’ Twilight… Placed 19th at the CCIW Championships in the 10,000 meter with a time of 34:07.22.

2023-2024 Indoor Track and Field: Competed in six meets during the season… Ran a personal best time of 4:37.10 in the mile at the Parkside Classic… Ran a personal best time of 9:16.60 in the 3000 meter at the NCC Heenan Invitational…Competed in the 3000 meter at CCIW Championships placing 19th with a time of 9:15.22.

2023 (Track and Field): Participated in 13 meets during the indoor and outdoor seasons ... Took fifth place in the 3000m at the Forever Red Alumni Classic, with a time of 9:36.08 ... Placed 21st at the Wheaton Don Church Twilight 2023, with a time of 16:15.90 in the 5000m.

High School: Participated in track and field Indian Trail High School and Academy under head coach Brian Vanderhoef ... Member of the 2019 indoor championship team ... Member of the 2019 regional championship team. 

Personal: Intends to study finance while attending Carthage ... Son of Dean and Lori Helmke.
