Carthage College Athletics

2017: Finished first in the 200 yard Individual Medley with a time of 1:52.86 at the CCIW Swimming and Diving Championships… Placed second in the 200 yard freestyle at the CCIW Swimming and Diving Championships with a time of 1:44.59… Registered third place in the 1650 yard freestyle (16:38.29) and in the 400 yard Individual Medley (4:05.72) at the CCIW Swimming and Diving Championships… Took ninth in the the 50 yard backstroke at the CCIW Swimming and Diving with a time of 24.37... CCIW All-Conference

2016: Member of the 4x200 yard freestyle relay team that registered a time of 6:55.61 at the CCIW Championships, good enough for third place... Took fifth place in the 200 yard IM at the CCIW Championships with a time of 1:54.63.....Finished seventh in the 200 yard backstroke at the CCIW Championships with a time of 1:57.09...Awarded the Nathaniel Chapman Red Men Award... Named to the CCIW Winter Academic All-Conference.

2015:  Named Men's Swimming Most Valuable Performer... Named the “most outstanding participant” at the CCIW Swimming & Diving Championship…finished first in the 200 individual medley (1:53.16), second in the 200 backstroke (1:53.04) and second in the 400 individual medley (4:03.66)…named CCIW “swimmer of the week” on Nov. 3 after winning three events versus Lake Forest on Nov. 1…named 2015 College Swimming Coaches Association of America Scholar All-America honorable mention.

2014:  Finished second in the 200 backstroke (1:54.42), third in the 400 individual medley (4:07.11) and sixth in the 200 individual medley (1:56.89) at the CCIW Swimming & Diving Championship…named 2014 College Swimming Coaches Association of America Scholar All-America

High School:  Earned All-OK Black Conference honors his senior year and part of a state-qualifying and school-record 400 freestyle relay team…all four of his teams won conference championships and went on to finish in the top-10 at the Michigan High School Association state championship…coached by Mike Torrey…four-year member of the water polo team…national all-academic and honor student.

Personal:  Chemistry major…his brother, Jeremy Sall, swam at both Grand Valley State and Ohio State, and another brother, Anthony, swam at both Grand Valley and Oakland University…named twice to the Carthage dean's list.
