Carthage College Athletics

2017: Finished first in the 50 yard freestyle with a time of 20.84 at the CCIW Swimming and Diving Championships… Placed fourth in the 200 yard back (1:54.25) and 100 yard back (51.18) at the CCIW Swimming and Diving Championships… Recipient of the Craig Deaton Award... CCIW All-Conference... CCIW Winter Academic All-Conference. 

2016: Member of the 4x50 yard freestyle relay team that placed first at the CCIW Championships with a time of 1:22.92.... 4x100 yard freestyle relay team took first at the CCIW Championships with a time of 3:04.59...Named to the CCIW Winter Academic All-Conference and Jack Swartz Academic All-Conference 

2015:  Finished first in the 100 backstroke (50.83), first in the 200 backstroke (1:53.02) and ninth in the 50 freestyle (Carthage-record 20.76) at the CCIW Swimming & Diving Championship…named 2015 College Swimming Coaches Association of America Scholar All-America honorable mention..Named Men's Swimming Scholar Athlete

2014:  Won the 200 backstroke (1:53.89) at the CCIW Swimming & Diving Championship and took second place in the 100 backstroke (51.55) and sixth in the 50 freestyle (21.46)…named CCIW "swimmer of the week" on Nov. 12 after winning two events versus Illinois Wesleyan on Nov. 9…named 2014 College Swimming Coaches Association of America Scholar All-America

High School:  State champion in the 100 freestyle and part of state-championship 400 freestyle relay team his senior year on a team that finished fifth at the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association finals…earned all-state honors three times and All-Badger South Conference honors all four years…set school records in the 100 backstroke, the 100 freestyle, the 200 individual medley…coached by Roger Rumppe…played volleyball his freshman year…Badger South Conference all-academic and four-year honor student.

Personal:  Double major in criminal justice and psychology…his uncle, Stephen Hollman, was a College Swimming Coaches Association All-American at Wisconsin-Eau Claire…named to the Carthage dean's list three times.
