Carthage College Athletics

2014:  Finished 12th in the 200 backstroke (2:02.29), 12th in the 400 individual medley (4:27.27) and 14th in the 100 backstroke (57.49) at the CCIW Swimming & Diving Championship.

2013:  Finished seventh in the 200 backstroke (2:02.99), eighth in the 100 backstroke (56.51) and 11th in the 200 individual medley (2:01.40) at the CCIW Swimming & Diving Championship.

2012:  Finished seventh in the 400 individual medley (4:21.71), ninth in the 200 individual medley (1:59.65) and 14th in the 200 breaststroke (2:17.50) at the CCIW Swimming & Diving Championship…ranked 12 all-time in the Carthage 200 individual medley, 13th in the 400 individual medley and 20th in the 200 breaststroke.

2011:  Finished 10th in the 200 breaststroke (2:15.55), 10th in the 400 individual medley (4:18.87) and 11th in the 100 breaststroke (1:01.72) at the CCIW Swimming & Diving Championship.

High School:  Mount Horeb High School did not sponsor varsity swimming…on his club team, finished fourth in the state 200 breaststroke his senior year…coached by Randy Trowbridge…member of the basketball team his freshman year…National Honor Society member and high honors student…coached by Shane Ryan at the West Madison YMCA.

Personal:  Double major in neuroscience and psychology…named winter 2014 CCIW/Jack Swartz all-academic…named to the Carthage dean’s list three times.
