Carthage College Athletics

2012:  Finished fifth in the 500 freestyle (4:46.89), sixth in the 1,650 freestyle (16:54.34) and sixth in the 400 individual medley (4:19.94) at the CCIW Swimming Championship.

2011:  Finished seventh in the 400 individual medley (4:18.01), seventh in the 1,650 freestyle (17:04.33) and ninth in the 500 freestyle (4:48.48) at the CCIW Swimming Championship.

2010:  Finished fifth in the 500 freestyle (4:49.65), seventh in the 200 freestyle (1:47.57) and seventh in the 1,650 freestyle (16:59.74) at the CCIW Swimming Championship.

2009:  Finished sixth in the 1,650 freestyle (16:49.47) at the CCIW Swimming Championship…won the consolation heat of the 200 and 500 freestyles at the CCIW championship…finished third in the 100 backstroke at the Wisconsin Private College Championship…ranked in Carthage’s top-10 times for both the 1,000 and the 1,650 freestyle.

High School:  Named all-sectional his senior year…coached by Beth Brown…honor student…coached by T.J. Day for the Boilermaker Aquatics Club team.

Personal:  English major…named to Carthage dean’s list six times and a four-semester member of the Carthage athletic director’s honor roll…son of Dan and Sally Ross…born Oct. 23, 1989.
